As walk through the snow in my local park in North London.
30 cm pinch pot made from earthenware clay mixed with black Earthstone for a rich deep brown colour and for strength, painted with white slip and delicate sgraffito drawn line. The pot is clear glazed with gold lustre on the rim. Tin glaze wash on the the underside.

The Ash is one of my favourite trees, this one showing black against a generous snowfall in my local park.
40cm pinch pot made from earthenware clay mixed with black Earthstone for a rich deep brown colour. Painted with white slip and delicate sgraffito drawn line. The pot is clear glazed with gold lustre on the rim and a tin glaze wash on the underside.
